Treasure

Last summer when my sisters and I took our annual back to our roots holiday I was given a nice piece if needlework.

Thanks Aunt Frances! I enjoy wondering about the person who must have lovingly created this little piece of history.

Lovely

Isn't this beautiful? One of my sisters created this for me several years ago. It has a very lovely set of terot cards wrapped inside of it and has it's own custom bag.

Bookmark Swap

I little while ago I joined my very first swap. A bookmark swap!

Aren't they wonderful! I have been careful to use a different bookmark each time I read a new book. I certainly don't want to hurt their feelings! ;)

Thank you for the beautiful bookmarks! I love them!!

Moon Lake

This last weekend we rented a little cabin up at Moon Lake. It was such a wonderful place to Be. While the kids were kayaking they stumbled into a mud pit. when I say stumble that's exactly what I mean. Hayden walked right into to it and sunk up past his waist.

I love moon lake.

Treasure!

The other day I was lucky enough to have found a wonderful treasure at the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market.

Isn't it beautiful? Local Potters Ed Hymas and Diana Lea are responsible for this piece of art.
I just love its bold bright color. Yum...

Fairy home

My little Nan and her friend spent yesterday morning building fairy houses on the back deck. This morning she awoke to discover that she had a guest! What a beautiful surprise.
